Things start out positively when the unit receives a request for the two doctors (Winchester and Hunnicutt) to write an article for a prestigious medical journal concerning a procedure that they performed. The problem is that Charles wants all the credit and B.J. is unyielding, so nothing gets done. They have only five days to create this. The other plot line is that the one time Sergeant Scully (now busted to Private) rolls into camp to see Margaret. He immediately expects favors from her and she is offended. On Hawkeye's advice she relents, with interesting results. This Is a so-so episode which focuses on the expectations of one person, clashing with that of another. It's also about ego and stubbornness.

Warning: Spoilers
Margaret meets up with Scully in his third (and final) appearance, in this episode directed by Harry Morgan. At the end, after Margaret busts up with Scully, we learn that Margaret's ingredients for a man are: 20% of her father, 10% Scully, 10% Hawkeye, 3% Frank Burns, 1% Penobscott. That leaves 56% unaccounted for.
Anyway, Winchester and BJ tussle over who should take credit for an article they have been invited to write for the American College of Surgeons.
