Billy gets a promotion and Alison thinks it is because his boss is after him. He doesn't want to believe it but then she comes on to him during work time. He refuses and almost loses his job but she feels bad and lets him stay. Michael and Kimberly have feelings for each other and they start an affair.
My favorite story about this episode is the one about Kimberly and Michael. I always liked him and Jane as a couple so it makes me sad. Yet at the same time they did such a good job and there really seems a lot of chemistry between him and Kimberly. All the scenes regarding them were very hot. Wasn't ever like this with Jane.
