The orientation of Cinnamon's dossier changes between shots. Close up, the dossier is tilted to the left, but in longer shots from behind Briggs' right shoulder, it is tilted to the right. In addition, a white pad that is underneath Cinnamon's dossier in the longer shots is absent in the close ups. Finally, the last dossier is lined up on top of the others in the close up, but in the long shot, it is to the right and further from the edge of the table.
After Briggs has listened to the tape of the mission briefing, he destroys the tape reel by throwing it into a furnace as he passes in his car. As the camera pans to the furnace, one can see the reel in the bottom of the frame as it misses its target and bounces back off the floor.
In the first gas station scene, the car in the service bay has a California license plate on it. Later in the second gas station scene, the license plate appears to be a foreign one on the same car.
In three episodes of season 1 there is the incredibly huge luck for the team that exactly in the city of their mission there is one character that looks nearly identical to Martin Landau's character (Rollin Hand, General Rio Dominguez, Miguel Cordova). Martin Landau is not quite an average person. A little bit too simple to be believable.
The bookseller that Cinnamon befriends and Rollin impersonates is named Miguel Cordova, but the index card that Cinnamon picks out of the police station files shows his name as "Miguel Corday."
