- Herman gets a promotion in the parlor, but he and the family will have to move to Buffalo and sell the house.
- Herman has been promoted to manager by his boss in the parlor. All the family is very excited about Herman's promotion, but there's one little detail: they'll have to move to Buffalo in order to enjoy this professional success. Everybody agrees with moving to a new city, until Herman tells them that the house has to be sold. Eddie hasn't given his opinion about moving, because he's preparing with his friends for the baseball championship. However, the family resigns with the fact that the house must be sold. Some possible clients, like a man with his mother, a Gypsy family and a pair of antiquities lovers, come to see the house, but they run away at the first sight of Herman and the rest of the family. Nevertheles, Grandpa attends a very anxious man, interested in the house without see it. Grandpa signs a contract, without knowing that he has sold the house to a demolition company, and of course, they will demolish the house to put a parking lot. Herman regrets about the moving decision, and thinks that the demolition issue could be manage with the company. But they arrive with their bulldozers to destroy the house, and Grandpa will lead the last defense of the house.—Alejandro Frias
