Episode starts with Medavoy having a panic attack and being sent to the hospital. Andy and Sylvia are at odds after she buys him a tropical fish for his tank. Andy;s case is a Vietnam vet, paralyzed in a wheelchair, who has been assaulted and robbed by some lowlifes. They've even taken his special wheelchair. Finally, Kelly has been doing bodyguard duty for a cancer stricken multimillionaire who has a live in beauty who looks after him. She gets into trouble with a guy she knows and John must step in. The final scene is quite beautiful.
