Review - Let's Kill Timothy Good to see Henry Corden and Frank Richards, also Abbey Shelton, all appearing in character roles matching their known skills. The episode has the regulars too, with enough intrigue to make it light, but entertaining. No gunfire, one scuffle, and an entertaining Herschel Bernardi all make this episode worth watching as the trail of clues tends to be led by a seal. Watch to see the end with Timothy wanting more eats from Jacoby.

Mostly for Amusement

Tongue-in-cheek episode that's more amusing than dramatic. Even the standard fisticuffs are brief. However, if you've got tender ears, you might come prepared. Mother (Emerson) belts out a couple of ditties like there's no tomorrow, while eccentric artist Vladimir (Corden) combines exotic sounds into shrieking results. And mustn't forget Timothy the lovable seal who provides his own sound effects. Yes indeed, producer Edwards knew that colorful characters can more than compensate for formula plots. In fact the series was premised on that idea. Oh yes, the plot's something about a jewel robber double-crossing his two henchmen and then feeding the stolen jewels to Timothy in order to smuggle them out of the country. Now that's not one to think about, especially not at dinnertime. Anyhow, in my little book, it's a highly entertaining 30-minutes as long as you're not expecting a heavy dose of thick-ear.
