[enters his office with usual suaveness and presses buttons on his telephone]
Frank Armitage : . Okay, Wyness, what happened?
Dr. Wyness : Hold on, Frank.
Frank Armitage : How did the girls get on the 'plane?
Dr. Wyness : I don't know. They were supposed to go out on a commercial flight.
Frank Armitage : Your handling of Higgins was stupid. You rush into everything headlong. You're down there to exercise total control. You don't do that, we're all in the toilet. You've been there before, Doctor. And this time, I'm not pulling you out.
Dr. Wyness : I am in control, Frank
[takes a swig of his whiskey]
Dr. Wyness : . That's why I had to take care of Higgins like that. He was getting greedy and threatening. And there was there was a cop's wife looking to do business. She might have been a plant. I'm telling you, Frank, I don't want anything even smelling of cops anywhere near me.
Frank Armitage : No. I'm telling you, from now on, you clear everything with me. Until things ease up here, I'm running both ends of this operation.
[He pushes button to end the call]

Frank Armitage : [his words are muffled] Get rid of him.
