Ed questions Dan about Opening Day 1962 at Wrigley Field. They agree that Don Cardwell was on the mound. The truth, however, is that the Cubs opened that season in Houston (10 April), not Chicago, but Cardwell was indeed the starting pitcher in that game. He was not, as Dan remembers, relieved by Bob Buhl, but rather Dave Gerard. And if Ed meant the first game of the year at Wrigley Field (13 April), five Cub pitchers appeared, none of them Cardwell or Buhl.
When Dan's father comes into the house, the boom mic is clearly visible.
When Dan was talking to Roseanne in bed, he mentions that Meramec Caverns was south of St Louis when in fact, it's west of St Louis. [Edit: Meramec Caverns is both south and west of St. Louis]
