Plot Summary

J.D, convinced that one of his patients is sick as a result of misconduct on Turk's behalf, questions not only his (Turk's) abilities as a surgeon but their friendship also. Elliot feels disrespected by Dr. Kelso after he refers to her as 'sweetheart' during rounds. In the meantime, J.D. misses his chance to kiss Elliot after being interrupted by Dr. Cox, leaving him 48 hours to get the kiss, in the fear that they will end up as just friends. Will he make it in time? Written by born-rock64

Trivia At one point in the episode, Dr. Cox says " I swear to Aisha..." and if you look closely you can tell that this is dubbed over. Originally he was to say, "I swear to Allah," but as the episode aired a month after 9/11, despite being filmed before the attacks, it was dubbed to avoid any cultural concerns at a time of heightened sensitivities. Goofs When Elliot and Dr. Cox are talking in the break room for the second time, and Dr. Cox is talking about whiny interns coming to him for cookies and hugs, he mouths, "I swear to Allah" but the audio says, "I swear to Aisha." As this episode was probably filmed before the September 11th Attacks, the line was no doubt over-dubbed out of sensitivity to the political tensions of the time. See more »
