Trivia On Psychic World, a young man from San Francisco had a premonition that U.S. President Abraham Lincoln would be assassinated on April 14, 1865 and was able to prevent John Wilkes Booth from killing him. Lincoln was so grateful and impressed that he created the cabinet post of Prime Oracle, who was responsible for predicting natural and man made catastrophes.
