Plot Summary

The Sliders land in a world where J. Edgar Hoover has abridged the Constitution and put martial law into effect for the past 30 years. Chased by government officials, they must make a choice of whether to protect the last surviving copy of the Constitution which could sprout the idea of democracy or gain the release of a former judge who has potential to be a new founding father. Goofs When the Sliders land on the second world, Quinn says they have 36 hours remaining. Later, Arturo says that it's 10:30 a.m. and there are 8 hours left. It can be determined then that the slide into this world happened at around 6:30 a.m. However, there's a close-up shot of a clock before and after their slide that does not show a time close to 6:30 a.m. See more »
