Sex & Nudity

  • Cartman and Michael Jefferson get close in bed and nearly kiss, but it turns out to be a nightmare by Stan.
  • Surprisingly for both a South Park episode and a South Park episode that pokes fun at Michael Jackson, there is not that many sexual references in this episode, Cartman and others use phrases such as "Suck my balls" and "Jesus Christ Monkey Balls" which could refer to the testicles, in one scene when the boys and Mr Jefferson wake up, Mr Jefferson is mistaken by Stan's mother to somehow have had sex with them.

Violence & Gore

  • Micheal throws Kenny to the ceiling, blood is outing from head or neck. Mild graphic.
  • A kid pulls off a man's nose, and he tries to turn it back to normal, but ends up being worse.

Profanity

  • Not an awful lot for a South Park episode, several words such as "Jesus Christ Monkey Balls" and "son of a bitch" are used throughout, 1 F word is used but it was however bleeped.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Michael Jeffersons appearance and zombie like walking when disfigured could be enough to give bad vibes.
  • This is certainly one of the creepy South park episodes and it could scare young children as young as seven or under
  • As Mr. Jefferson is first shown, Kyle suggests he might be a burn victim.
  • Mr Jefferson's face at the end might scare/scar younger viewers.
