John tells Maya that they have been in space for months, though in the opening log entry it states they have been in space close to five years.
Dr. Russell's opening log entry goes from 1,900 days in space to 2,500 in just one day.
Commander Koenig crashes his Eagle on the surface of the Moon where the interior catches on fire. Once the rescue team opens the door to the Moon's atmosphere, the fires should have gone out due to lack of oxygen but they continue to burn.
While Commander Koenig is frantically attempting to convince the others that they're being manipulated by aliens, he mentions that all three Alphans that were supposedly picked at random to man the Pilot Ship's return to Earth are all members of the Radioactive Monitoring Team. Bartlett and Ehrlich are nuclear physicists, but Alan is an astronaut, Chief Eagle Pilot.
The background dialogue throughout the interactions between the Alphans and the Super Swift passengers is obviously playing in a loop as the same laugh track can be heard over and over.
Koenig and Helena first met in "Breakaway", but Helena states in this episode that they had known each other well back on Earth.
When Koenig questions why the entire crew on the rescue ship are close relatives and friends of the Alpha personnel, Tony explains that they're all volunteers. But, even if Tony, Helena, and Ben are under the creatures' control, Koenig should have pointed out that there were no friends of Victor Bergman, Paul Morrow, David Kano, or the three dozen other Alphans who have died or left since the Moon was ripped from Earth's orbit. (Note: Producer Fred Freiberger preferred to ignore the Season One characters that hadn't been carried over into this season).
