During surgery on the gang member who had been shot, when instructing Dr. Auschlander to use the defibrillator paddles, it sounds as though Dr. Kiem addresses him as "Daniel Westphall" (and the subtitles on Hulu at this point read "Dr. Westphall"). However, what she actually says is "Daniel, we're sterile" - meaning that none of the surgical team can touch the defib paddles without having to re-scrub before continuing. There is no error in the dialogue, only in the Hulu subtitles.
After treating a patient, Dr. Novino does a very poor job of washing her hands. She squirts a small amount of what appears to be Phisohex soap in her hands, adds very little water, then rubs her hands for just a few seconds. Not a good cleaning procedure for a doctor.
