Count Duckula has a plan to get into the record books, by breaking the land speed record, the main stumbling blocks, are bo car, and some unscrupulous penguins on the make.
It's an amusing episode, efforts to get the car up and running are funny, and once again you can rely on Nanny to mess things up. Favourite scene had to be the moment where Nanny gets things a little wrong with the handle.
I really do like the penguins, and it's nice to see the setting inside the bar again.
Some nice animation once again, and some light music. It's very different to the last few episodes.
