***SPOILERS*** Being undercover as a policeman, or woman, is nothing to crow about in that your nothing but a rat-fink gaining peoples confidence and then busting them for confiding in you.

Policewoman Casey Jones, Beverely Garland, gives some good advise to fellow undercover rookie police lady cop Jannie, Ellen Madison, who just busted a 15 years old girl for stealing a pen & pencil set from the local 5 & 10 store. Feeling that she ruined the teenagers life by busting her Casey tells Jainnie about her first bust at Coney Island Brooklyn five years ago that was harder on her the the person whom she busted. Willie Graff, Joshua Shellers, was running a shooting gallery at Coney Island and fencing stolen merchandise on the side.

Casey working undercover as a exotic belly dancer caught Willie's friend Bennie, Joe Silver, eye who bet him that he'll never be able to make it with her since she's far out of his class in women that he can take out on a date. Willie using his both "charm and sophistication" to woo Case over doesn't realize that she's just playing along with him to catch Wille in the act and bust him. It's while Casey is setting Willie up that she starts to like the guy and is even introduced to his mom Mrs. Graff, Ruth Mcdermitt, who gave Casey her diamond necklace as a, in jumping the gun, wedding present for her future marriage to her son Willie!

It's very reluctantly that Casey is forced to put the cuffs and arrest Willie when he, at her insistence, got her a fur coat that she was alway needling him about that ended up putting Willie behind bars! Just like Willie was able to get over being rejected as well as busted by Casey so was she in getting over having Willie busted for doing something, illegal as it was, for her! And with that so will Jannie get over busting the teenager for stealing a cheap pen & pencil set since a crime is a crime no matter how great or small it is. And being the person who actually encouraged the crime, like Casey did to Willie, that's what the job as an undercover policeman or woman is all about and you have to accept it! Even if it makes a two timing provocateur and rat-fink out of you in doing it!
