- Lisa gives Milhouse a note saying "Guess who likes you?" and tells him to pass it on to Nelson. When he does, Nelson beats him severely, believing he wrote the note, to the point where Milhouse is sent to an ambulance on a stretcher, his ears padded with gauze and his nose bleeding.
