Sex & Nudity

  • A man and a woman begin to kiss. Nothing else
  • A woman is wearing a tight dress and erect nipples are seen through the dress
  • A man is shown from the side in a fetal position on the shower floor. Steam and the position of his body dosen't show nudity.
  • After when Bruce is Transformed back from being the Hulk after finally being Tracked down by the Military we see him Shirtless and Loose Pants around him, this scene goes on until he was able to Flag Down a passing Motorist.
  • Bruce Banner and Betty Ross kiss 4-6 seconds before Bruce falls off the helicopter

Violence & Gore

  • Hulk fights the military at a soda factory. A man is violently thrown through several glass windows and is heard screaming. There is a lot of shooting and a brief explosion.
  • A man's ankle can be heard being crushed as he kicks someone on the ground.
  • The action sequences include intense stylized violence in the vain of a Michael Bay or Zack Snyder movie.
  • A soldier gets punched in the face by Betty. His face is pretty bloody.
  • The final battle with Hulk and The Abomination is very brutal. They violently throw each other into brick walls and slam large objects into each other. Hulk gets stabbed in the chest by Abomination, green blood is shown gushing from the wound. Hulk rips out one of Abomination's bones and stabs him in the chest with it.
  • Hulk has a battle with the military at a college. Soldiers are shown getting crushed by objects being thrown by Hulk. There is lots of shooting and a few explosions. There is a sequence that involves sonic cannons. This is hard to watch as Hulk is in tremendous pain due to the loud ringing being caused by the cannons. Hulk violently kicks Blonsky and is violently slammed into a tree. His bloody face is seen except it is blurred out.
  • In the opening sequence there are brief but bloody images of people suffering injuries and being hospitalized.

Profanity

  • A few uses of "ass" one use of "son of a bitch" and four uses of "shit."
  • It says GD once
  • Betty, in a fit of anger, calls a taxi driver an "asshole".

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • General Ross is shown smoking cigars. In the final scene he is shown drunk in a bar.
  • In the after-credits scene, Gen. Ross is shown drinking almost shots of Jack Daniels in a bar.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Each scene of Bruce Banner transforming into The Hulk is quite scary.
  • The Hulk has a really scary appearance. Each scene with him is extremely intense and kind of has a horror movie vibe.
  • The scene where Emil Blonsky becomes The Abomination is quite scary.
  • The Opening Sequence can be Intense and and maybe a little Frightening for some viewers, due to the Music and Filter that was chosen for it and along the fact that the POV is in the Hulk's
  • The Hulk's rampages may be intense.
  • Blonsky gets shots of the Serum in the back. He is shown to be experiencing lots of pain.
  • The villain Abomination's appearance can be frightening for younger viewers, especially his transformation. His spine is shown coming out of his back and most of his skeleton is exposed.

Sex & Nudity

  • Bruce and Betty kiss passionately and collapse on a motel bed, until Bruce stops it because of his "excitement". Bruce is shirtless and Betty has fully bare legs which hug Bruce.
  • There is an intense kissing/embracing scene in an intimate position on a bed between a shirtless male and trouserless female.
