Mr Hedges shows his authoritative side when he discovers that 5C have been abusing his trust again.
Hedges has given the form responsibility to run the after school library. Instead they have been spending the evenings smoking and drinking. I doubt the tobacco was Old Holborn.
When the library is vandalised in advance of the governors inspection. Hedges holds 5C responsible but they protest their innocence and track down the real culprits.
It was good to see Mr Hedges frighting the pupils and getting control of the class. It was nice to see 5C showing initiative to try to get the library functioning in time for the governors visit. Even if it meant Sharon handing out kisses.
The best part of the episode is the animosity between Hedges and Potter. Hedges calls him a Desert Mouse when referring to Potter's war service.
