Carl Winslow : One more thing... who fixed the dent?

Harriette Winslow : Rachel.

Carl Winslow : Do you think you could do it again?

Rachel Crawford : [shocked] Sure... why?

Carl Winslow : Well, after the parade, I accidentally backed into the Little Sons of Italy float.
Harriette Winslow : Carl, you have every right to be mad at us. In the first place Rachel and I should never have taken your car without permission and when we dented it we shouldn't have tried to cover it up. And we shouldn't have dragged the kids into helping cover it up too. We should've just come to you and told you what happened. I'm sorry.

Rachel Crawford : I'm sorry too, Carl.

Laura Winslow : Me too, Dad.

Judy Winslow : Me too.

Eddie Winslow : [tears up contract] Me too.

Carl Winslow : [whining] Awww Harriette, I really wanted to yell!
Carl Winslow : Harriette, why didn't you just tell me about it in the first place?

Harriette Winslow : Well we were scared that you'd be furious.

Carl Winslow : I would've EXPLODED. But then I would've calmed down and we could've figured this out.

[to everybody]

Carl Winslow : We're a family, your problems are my problems, but I can't do anything about them if you try and hide them from me.
Carl Winslow : [carrying the front bumper of the car, very sternly] I'm going to the parade now... I would suggest you all get your stories straight... not that it really matters, because when I come back, I expect to do a lot of yelling.
