Ok, now I'm starting to see what people see in the show. I really like the characters, even if they aren't given as much time to develop as I'd like. So far, within just the first two episodes I can get a good sense of the main characters, which has always been my favorite part of any tf show. Much like animated I enjoy seeing an inexperienced prime. While I love my Optimus to be perfect and noble, I like this nuanced take on the character. I want to see more of Megatron, I can see the charisma, and I just hope they explore him more. Everyone always raves about Dinobot too, and now I can start to see why. So far my only real complaints are: the animation, but The show is over 20 years old so I won't put that against the show. My only real complaint is how the characters yell maximize and terrorize! Other than that I think is on the right track!
