It is well that motion pictures occasionally take up this theme, the trials of the old employee. With the public it seems to be popular even when no new light is thrown on the situation. In this case it is treated in a way that is far from being superficial and makes a good offering. Henry McRae is both author and producer. The old clerk is played by W. Hutchinson, and Herbert Rawlinson is the young man who takes the place of the old manager, Frank Clark. The interest is well sustained, although the ending is not convincing. The photography is clear. - The Moving Picture World, April 5, 1913
