A group of Gypsies arrive at Sun Hill, and are instantly accused of theft in various establishments.
It's an ok episode, it isn't a favourite of mine, it does go very much to the old stereotypes, but some of the characters are fairly interesting.
The Roma travellers are a very interesting group of people, and there are of course good and bad, I like that the episode doesn't try and make the situation black and white, naturally there is more to the story than you first think. It relies on pre conceived ideas.
Robin Soans is charismatic here as Eli, even if his accent is a little bit ...Dick van Dyke does Dot Cotton.
Best here I thought was Mary Healey, she's a lovely actress.
6/10.
