My Little Pony: Greetings from Unicornia is one of those instances of if you like My Little Pony(or at least the recent direct to video releases) you'll love this. It is very short, perhaps too short, but much compensates such as the whimsical music and the vibrant animation. The writing is corny but well-intentioned, while the story is sweet and engaging enough with a good moral that doesn't felt preachy or tacked-on. The characters aren't exactly unique in personality and had more depth in the likes of Princess Promenade and the recent TV show Friendship is Magic. The voice work is solid. All in all, nice and likable if nothing mind-blowing. 8/10 Bethany Cox
