When House is trying to put the files away in the nurses station, a file on the counter keeps changing positions. Initially, House's right arm leans on it but on the next shot the file is further to the left and it can barely be seen. Then, it moves under House's arm again and, finally, further left again.
In the final scene, as House and Cuddy are travelling along the sidewalk, Cuddy has to squeeze close to House' wheelchair to allow an oncoming pedestrian pass. The camera immediately cuts to a closeup of Cuddy, and the pedestrian (who should be directly behind Cuddy) has vanished into thin air.
The sound of the urinal flushing begins only after Wilson steps away from it and is facing the other way, with his hand nowhere near the handle.
