Quickly rushed into production to capitalize on the success of the genre, CANDYGIRL VIDEO: CLASSIC UPSKIRTS is nevertheless a masterful work that imbues you to it. Yet the pragmatic may think this one is overly dramatic; the restless may find it too long. None of this, however, detracts from the fact that it retains a lasting appeal. I was deeply impressed. Passable fun. I refuse to totally dismiss this, because I find it quite engaging. I finished this film, thinking, "There are people who would benefit from viewing this!" This is another level of documentary. After all is said and done, it gets 7 out of 10 from me.
