1 - 2 - Dance!!!

Warning: Spoilers
Funny not only for One Piece Fans. Watch Jango "Michael" Jackson dance, get hunted by Marines and hypnotizing the whole island into disco-dancers, including the Straw Hats, the Marines and himself! Brilliant. The only thing I have to criticize is that it's way too short and we don't see all the Staw Hats dance. I really really would have liked to see Zoro, Sanji and co. dance a full scene.

Graphic is typical One Piece style, so you all know what to expect from it.

Yep, a full 20+ minutes episode would have gotten this full 10 stars from me. But since it's not, it's only 8 points (There's no 7.5 so I added 0.5 stars simply because I like it very very much.^^).

Beautiful, amazing, and peak fiction
Jango_peak21 May 2023
Jango's dance carnival had an extremely in-depth and well put together theme about the world we live in and change my life forever for the better. I lived a bleak and sad life but now i see how amazing life is and how i should live it. There is amazing, emotional scenes that are sadder than anything you've ever seen. It has beautiful CGI and voice acting and truly a breakthrough piece( one piece) of media that is a must watch for anyone who exists. It is an absolute masterpiece, i see no flaws. With a well written villain in the form of the navy, the opposition to the straw hats and Jango feels like a realistic extension of the world of one piece. 10/10, absolute masterpiece.

An awesome One Piece Music Short!
emasterslake11 March 2007
The short takes place on MirrorBall Island, a largely populated island with a giant mirror ball hanging in the sky. Jango(the same weird hypnotist from the Kuro episodes) is looking forward to showing off his dance moves at a Dance Carnival being held on the island. Only when a group of marines recognized him from the wanted posters and started to chase him throughout the island. The Straw Hat Pirates were also on the island, and found themselves getting chased by the same group of marines. All because of Luffy's 30,000,000 Belli bounty. And our friends had to run for it to avoid getting arrested. And in order for Jango to get rid of the marines, he'll need to hypnotize the whole island to escape.

This short was shown along with the second movie. And takes place after the LougeTown Episodes. The animation in it is the same style as the TV series. But I have to say the use of CG made it very visual to watch. Plus the song featured in it is something to dance about.

The Jango fans will be filled with joy for this 6 minute short. Something the One Piece Fans can laugh about. And the fan sub is as easy to find as the fan subbed episodes.

Strange and not entertaining

Warning: Spoilers
"One piece: Jango no dansu kanibaru" or "One Piece: Jango's Dance Carnival" is a 5.5-minute cartoon from 15 years ago and everybody who has not heard of the television show "One Piece" should know that it is Japanese animation style. i did not mind that, i love Miyazaki for example, but I felt this little movie here had almost nothing to offer really in terms of story, be it comedy or drama. Pretty disappointing. Everybody was basically talking at the same time, there was some singing occasionally and the action and animation was wild and all over the place. I personally only know the name of the television series, but I cannot say that this very brief film got me curious to check it out any time soon. i give it a thumbs down. Not recommended.
