Despite this being the three last episodes of the original revival series on production order, it was aired in the U.S. before ten other episodes ("Tee Party", "Dexter's Wacky Races", "The Lab of Tomorrow", "Chicken Scratch", "Garage Sale", "They Got Chops", "Poetic Injustice", "Comedy of Feathers", "Babe Sitter" and "Mountain Mandark") of Season 4 produced in 2003, creating a continuity error in the American broadcast.
This is the last episode when Dexter gives up on trying to stop Mandark from destroying his lab and that he is deciding to give up his lab to Mandark to make him more powerful so that he can take over the world since the previous produced episode "Garage Sale".
