- A woman's bare back is shown as Chase is extracting fluid from her lungs. Cuddy's shirt is very low cut, and her cleavage is visible. Dr. Wilson examines a woman who might have breast cancer. She drops her shirt and her bare back is shown, and you can see her shoulders and a few inches down her chest, but nothing else. It's a little awkward, as Wilson is on amphetamines and is talking quite quickly and wonders aloud whether he is flirting with her. Wilson goes to drink something in House's apartment, and House stops him, indicating that he peed in the cup. House examines a patient who isn't sticking to a vegan lifestyle like his wife. When House reveals this, she dumps him and House asks her out. He implies sexual things during their conversation. When he meets her on the date, her dress is fairly low-cut. House tells her he's not always faithful to the women he dates. She asks him "How miserable can you be saving lives, sleeping around, and doing drugs?"

- The episode begins with two karate students in a heated sparring match, exchanging and blocking blows. After a while, flecks of one student's blood spatter onto a trophy case after she does a spin kick. The blood is not a direct result of the fighting (it is not from a punch or kick). She then falls to her knees and begins coughing up blood. A girl complains that her head is hurting her. Afterward, her brain is visible and blood is shown. A woman undergoes surgery. Some blood is shown, but there are no visible openings or organs.
