Loved it!

The animation and CGI are nailed in this episode. The monsters were given the animation they deserved. Even though this episode didn't have a proper one-on-one fight, the scenes involving some fight were animated pretty well.

First average episode of the show

Well, sadly as with any show this was always going to happen.

Very average episode and a clear drop in quality.

Hopefully this will be the last filler episode of the season.

Hope the writers are taking note and now know what to not do in season 3.

No proper continuity from last episode

Warning: Spoilers
I was looking forward to see the reaction of Goro after being knocked out in one punch, but nothing. Please more actions with Saitama, don't waste a whole episode on cockroaches and a metal bat.

Are you not entertained?! = NO

That season 2 isn't as solid as the first, which was really awesome. The animation, the plot, the dialogues... I still like to watch that 1st season. But damn that season 2, that's where the trouble began. And this fourth episode was an absolute "meh" at best. for the first time, I got bored watching an episode of OPM. There was nothing interesting, the fights are way under what we could expect, and the sound design, what happened?! I really fear for what's coming next.

Month of April/May - total disappointment...
ace-kostov1 May 2019
First they ruined Game of Thrones, now the same faith awaits One Punch Man, and what what a major disappointment this is.

The fighting animations went from the best ever done in an anime in season 1, to unrecognizable, for the most part, now in season 2. There are moments where you see glimpses of season 1 like animation but you can feel and understand the animators from this season are just trying, but are unable, to repeat/imitate the revolutionary work from season 1.

Not only the animation, but also the dialogue with Saitama and the dude with the big chin, I mean what was all that all about?? Is that what you call character building? I've never felt even remotely this bored in season 1. True, there were slow moments but even then season 1 was able to charm us with great humor, great dialogue and subtlety. It was just flowing. You felt it was real and you connected. Now it's like they are trying to show us things instead of just things organically and naturally developing. I applaud the freelance creators in season 1!

Bad continuity , feels like filler

Warning: Spoilers
Short review but to the point: The first three episodes were charming. This episode and the following two after this feel like filler. This would be acceptable if it were Dragon Ball Z, but this is a 12 episode season - there shouldn't be so much filler. The story barely moved forward, and the previous episode ended with a cliff hanger (Saitama defeated Goro) we expected some reaction.... this never happened. It felt disjointed and I felt perhaps I was watching the wrong episode.

Metal bat fight went on for way too long, dragged on and on.
