Sex & Nudity

  • Chase asks the patient, "Any problems concentrating in school lately?" to which the patient responds, "Besides the dreams of running my tongue along my French teacher's breasts? No, I'm doing quite great." The patient, while on a shroom trip, says Cameron is "Making me horny." Then he says "You'll regret saying no: check it out," and lifts the bottom of his hospital gown. Nothing is shown. Cameron then looks at his crotch and concludes that he has undersized testes. Nothing is visible. House, Cameron, and Chase then have a discussion about male genitals and hypogonadism. The patient tells Cameron that she can touch him, just not his brain. He then tells his mom to "Loosen up. Get yourself coited." House tells the patient that small testicles are a sign of being a big chicken. Later, while they are playing chess, House says, "I don't bleed out of my penis."

Violence & Gore

  • A boy hits a man in the face with a chess clock repeatedly. There is visible blood.

Profanity

  • Foreman accuses House of impersonating him during a phone call. House replies, "It wasn't me," to which Foreman replies, "Yeah, it was one of the other petty, socially repressed a**es I work for." When Chase tries to explain to the patient that he needs a urine sample, he says "You want a sample, here's your d*** sample," and then starts peeing then and there in his hospital gown. The urine is visible pooling on the ground and running down his leg. It then turns red, indicating that he is urinating blood. House stabs the patient in the wrist with a syringe to get him to bleed. There is visible blood.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • The staff gives the patient hallucinogenic mushrooms as an experimental treatment. One of the staff suggests the patient might have medications he's not telling them about. One of the staff suggests the patient might be drinking alcohol.
