Nothing is shown. Cameron then looks at his crotch and concludes that he has undersized testes. Nothing is visible. House, Cameron, and Chase then have a discussion about male genitals and hypogonadism. The patient tells Cameron that she can touch him, just not his brain. He then tells his mom to "Loosen up. Get yourself coited." House tells the patient that small testicles are a sign of being a big chicken. Later, while they are playing chess, House says, "I don't bleed out of my penis."

When Chase tries to explain to the patient that he needs a urine sample, he says "You want a sample, here's your d*** sample," and then starts peeing then and there in his hospital gown. The urine is visible pooling on the ground and running down his leg. It then turns red, indicating that he is urinating blood. House stabs the patient in the wrist with a syringe to get him to bleed. There is visible blood.
