Synthetic speech on the ZAR, an unknown French acronym for « Zone À Rêver » (a place to dream), and the youth which would be a state of freshness.
The film describes the encounters of lost people around a garbage dump in southeastern France. It's globally uneven but extremely refreshing. I particularly loved certain scenes.
