Great Character Debut

Great episode and interesting case SVU works with but an outstanding introduction to the show for the new Chief, Christian Garland.

This episode highlighted how problematic the show's political bias is. If they just decided to do an episode about the Jussie Smollett situation it could have worked, but instead they only had a little bit of that and still mostly had a legitimate predator out there. Doing so accomplishes nothing and doesn't teach a lesson about lying that we need.
