Sex & Nudity

- With purpose of course. This show is "SVU" in the real life form. At least 50% of the crimes guests are polygraphed and interviewed about are child molestation crimes. Sometimes the tales of it are graphic.
- The show borders the TV-14 and TV-MA line, especially in sexual molestation episodes. Usually given the severity of the show, the explicit shots are always blurred out (even on a DVD this would never be TV-MA, as the show is not leisurely when it comes to sex).
Violence & Gore

- Some guests attempt to fight, but the guards hold them back. Rarely, guests are able to punch or slap someone before the guards can prevent it.
- Descriptions of violent events are sometimes discussed, often in graphic detail.
- In the early seasons Wilkos has an explosive temper and will usually hurl chairs at despicable people.
Profanity

- Words such as "hell", "damn", and "bitch". Anything worse than that is censored.
