Tucker's lead story focused on today's passage of a House "inquiry" into the impeachment of President Trump. The vote unfolded along partisan lines with no Republican voting for the measure and only two Democrats voting no.

Tucker raised the question of how it was possible to go from "disliking Trump" to impeaching him with no crime or misdemeanor that has yet to be identified. There is also the question of who actually was the whistleblower at the heart of the impeachment probe. But based on the evidence gathered so far, the unnamed official was a CIA holdover from the Obama era, who was pro-Ukraine and anti-Russia. The individual was also a source for the Mueller investigation. This was a left-wing activist working in the White House to undermine the Trump presidency.

For Tucker, the use of the alleged whistleblower is a perfect example of propaganda. Thus, the whistleblower being described in the mainstream media as a "patriot" was in actuality a political actor who wormed his way into a job that was supposed to be non-political. So, the CIA official planted in the White House was in effect subverting the will of the elected officials in the executive branch of our government.

On CNN, commentator and former CIA head John Brennan proudly boasted, "Thank Good for the Deep State!" In other words, Brennan believes that subverting the will of the American voter is a higher calling than remaining true to political agendas of unelected staffers.

Catherine Herridge joined Tucker for her final appearance on FOX, prior to starting work for CBS. Herridge reported on White House official Tim Morrison, who has gone on the record by saying that there was nothing subversive in the Trump phone call. Morrison undercuts the overtly partisan "interpretation" of Colonel Vindman about the call earlier in the week.

Guest Ned Ryan, the co-founder of the American Majority Foundation, warned that our democracy is rapidly becoming archaic due to the "administrative state" exerting its control over a government that is intended to be of, by, and for the people. Such an inner state invested with too much power simply does not work within the framework of a republic. The conflict of the administrative state functioning like a cancerous growth on the body politic is what the impeachment inquiry is all about.

How do we restore trust in the DOJ, the FBI, and the CIA? For Ryan, there must be consequences, including prison time, for those who have violated the law. But Tucker was skeptical about any kind of justice in a system with lopsided power on the side of the Left. In what should be a bifurcated system balancing the two political parties, the ruling elite is drastically imbalanced.

Judge Jeanine Pirro joined Tucker to observe that the rules for whistleblowing conveniently changed in the past year to allow hearsay evidence as the basis for a complaint. For Judge Jeanine, Donald Trump is the "outsider president" who is not part of the establishment that is presently retaliating with a vengeance for his winning the election of 2016.
