Sex & Nudity

Covers of adult videos are visible in the background of a video store in a couple of scenes.

Violence & Gore

The extended opening scene has a lot of shooting, fights, stabbings and explosions but little to no blood. The scene is later revealed to be a movie set.

A man trying to recreate a Jean Claude Van Damme stunt kicks a man in the mouth.

A man is shot in the head and we see the bullethole for an extended period but no blood. We then see the aftermath with blood on the floor.

Profanity

12 F-Words, some are spoken in English and others spoken in French with English subtitles. Various other phrases including a dozen or so uses of "shit".
