Before NBCUniversal’s upfront presentation in New York City next week, Bravo has announced that it’s renewing a slew of its shows: 15 in total. Among the renewals is its nightly talk show “Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen,” putting to rest any speculation that the network is looking to cut ties with Cohen after his being named in a lawsuit against the company by former “Real Housewives of New York City” cast member Leah McSweeney. Brandi Glanville, formerly of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” had also made legal threats against Cohen.
Cohen, the face of the Bravo, and an executive producer of the “Real Housewives” franchise, will remain so. A spokesperson for Bravo told Variety: “The outside investigation into the recent allegations made by Brandi Glanville and Leah McSweeney against Andy Cohen has now been completed, and the claims were found to be unsubstantiated.”

Remarks such as “Poor baby; She can’t even take care of the kids she has now” and “5 kids? trash,” were just some of the things Monica has read online.

If you thought the drama would be lighter on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Season 5 following Monica Garcia’s exit, you can think again.
A shocking new report about filming on the Bravo hit’s next chapter has emerged, and it sounds like the tensions between the cast members are at an all-time high.
The drama surrounds returning star Mary Cosby, who is heavily rumored to be reclaiming her snowflake after departing as a regular cast member following Rhoslc Season 2.
According to Page Six, the 51-year-old reportedly “called Lisa Barlow’s 12-year-old son, Henry, the R-word in a heated argument.”
An insider claimed that Cosby uttered the offensive remark during a blowout argument between the cast members, but her use of the word left the entire cast “beyond grossed out.”
A separate insider said Barlow was left “very upset” by the incident. Still, forgiveness seemed in the cards...

Jax Taylor was one of the breakout stars of Vanderpump Rules when it premiered on Bravo in 2013.
He recently returned to the series after years away to help get The Valley off the ground, and now that the spinoff has launched, he’s making some bold accusations about the show that initially charted him as a bartender at Sur.
TikToker Kate Riccio shared video footage of Taylor, 44, complaining about the hit reality series, claiming that the cast doesn’t “even hang out with each other” away from the show.
“Show me a scripted show, and I’ll show you Vanderpump Rules,” he can be heard telling the crowd at his bar.
“Scripted! Scripted,” he added before saying how many years he was on the show.
The former SURver added that he initially had a great time on the show, claiming that the first six seasons were “organic” and “real.”

Can you believe The Real Housewives franchise first hit our screens 18 years ago?
Andy Cohen took to Instagram this week to pay tribute to the show that started it all – The Real Housewives of Orange County.
The series premiered on March 21, 2006, and although it isn’t considered one of the best seasons, we may not have seen the other shows without it.
The original cast included Kimberly Bryant, Jo De La Rosa, Vicki Gunvalson, Jeana Keough, and Lauri Peterson.
Of course, Gunvalson remains a mainstay on the show and has been filming for the upcoming Rhoc Season 18.
The other four original stars are distant memories, but the show must continue.
Andy Cohen is thankful for Rhoc
“I didn’t know then how that show- and over a hundred incredible women over ten-plus spinoffs – would change pop culture, and my life,” said Cohen, who serves as an Executive Producer and reunion host across the sprawling franchise.

The Real Housewives franchise has featured countless housewives across their various iterations- some land well with viewers, and others become a distant memory.
Reality TV is a cutthroat world, and some housewives don’t get a fair shake from the production companies that make the shows, the network, and — you guessed it — the fans.
Let’s take a look at some one-and-done cast members that deserve another chance.
We probably wouldn’t even be thinking this way if it wasn’t for Monica Garcia, who single-handedly steered The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City to one of the best seasons in Real Housewives history.
Was she unhinged? Of course, but as you’ve probably realized, if you’ve watched these shows as long as we have, unhinged personalities go hand in hand with reality TV.
Garcia was expected to return for Rhoslc Season 5 but her lack of accountability and deflection...

Monica Garcia will not be returning for Season 5 of Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” after she was unmasked in the Jan. 2 season finale as an abusive troll who had anonymously attacked the members of the cast since March 2021. Garcia’s castmate Heather Gay, who’s been on the show since the beginning, had received the “Receipts! Proof! Timeline! Screenshots!” of Garcia’s deception on the final day of filming the show’s fourth season, during a trip to Bermuda.
In an exclusive interview for Variety’s Making a Scene, Gay says when she got the confirmation that Garcia was behind the burner Instagram account Reality Von Tease, she wasn’t even sure she’d even be allowed to bring it up on camera. “Social media has never been a part of storyline,” Gay says. “I didn’t even know if production was going to listen to me.

Perhaps it was when Jennifer Lawrence re-enacted a scene from The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season four closer on the red carpet at the Golden Globes, calling the episode, “the best finale I have ever seen on reality TV.” Maybe it was when California Congressman Robert Garcia quoted Housewife Heather Gay’s diva-caliber finale soliloquy, “Receipts! Proof! Timelines! Screenshots!” to make a case against Donald Trump on the floor of the House. Or maybe it was when dance videos began emerging on TikTok using Gay’s percussive delivery as both backbeat and creative inspiration.

Did Monica Garcia have a master plan all along?
During the shocking season 4 finale, The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City newbie was accused of running an Instagram account dedicated to trolling her ex-friend Jen Shah and other cast members. But according to Heather Gay, Monica’s deviousness runs deeper than just some nasty social media posts. Monica worked for Jen Shah for free
Before she was part of the Rhoslc cast, Monica was a friend and assistant to the now-incarcerated Jen Shah. Host Andy Cohen asked her about the nature of their relationship.

The “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” Season 4 ended with a dramatic bang as ratings for the finale reveal an audience of 2 million viewers tuned in to the climactic ending across all platforms over the course of three days, making it the most-watched episode of the series since the first episode of season 1, which aired on Nov. 11, 2020, according to NBCUniversal.

Monica Garcia was always a different kind of Housewife.
Even before the events of the Jan. 2 finale of Season 4, the latest addition to “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” set herself apart from her new colleagues. Bravo’s biggest franchise is an ode to the nouveau riche and their tasteless McMansions, but Garcia wore her working class bona fides with pride. Her entry into the franchise was not as a “friend of” or peer to an existing cast member, but a former assistant — infamously, one of many — to Jen Shah, now a convicted felon serving time in federal prison. In her first episodes, Garcia openly discussed her struggles as a single mom and called out costar Lisa Barlow for her materialism. She wasn’t another tequila magnate with a $60,000 ring (Barlow) or a boutique owner bankrolling her son’s monogrammed sweatpants (Meredith Marks). She was a working person, just like you and me.

Jennifer Lawrence is a die-hard Bravo fan, and during her appearance at the Golden Globes red carpet on Sunday she praised The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City for its shocking Season 4 finale.
“I just want to give a shout-out to the best finale I have ever seen on reality TV,” Lawrence said during an interview with Entertainment Tonight. “It was amazing.”
The finale of the Bravo reality series had star Heather Gay exposing her co-star Monica Garcia for her involvement in an Instagram account that trolled the Rhoslc personalities over the years.

Earlier this year, I vented my frustrations about how The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City was no longer Bravo's diamond in the rough.
With the legal woes of Jen Shah taking up all of the screentime, the series had become a shell of its former self.
In one of the biggest surprises in reality TV history, the series managed to recalibrate following Shah's departure.
Jen thrived off being the center of attention, and her presence had a halo effect through every storyline in the first three seasons, leading many to believe the show would sink further into oblivion.
12 episodes into The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Season 4, I can confidently say it's the strongest season yet -- and one of the best seasons of Real Housewives. Ever.
Jen Shah, Who?

The hottest reality TV stars in show business gathered on Wednesday to celebrate Variety’s inaugural Women of Reality TV power list, presented by DirecTV. Honoring the 40 most powerful women in unscripted entertainment, the Bravo elite mingled with real estate flippers, dancers, judges, singers, survivors, amazing racers and those just looking for love.
Despite being at capacity with women known for delivering on drama, the conversation often revolved around the realities of being vulnerable with the world. And for just one night, everyone was there for the right reasons.
Snacking on caviar potato puffs and Spago’s salmon pizza, the honorees gathered for a cocktail party before the dinner. An elated Heidi D’Amelio of “The D’Amelios” snapped a selfie with “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice, who flew in for the celebration with husband Luis Ruelas. Heather Gay of “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City...

Andy Cohen finished filming the reunion for The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Season 4 and is spilling the tea.
As production for the special was underway, there was a lot of speculation about who showed up and who didn’t. Cohen cleared up a rumor that said Mary M. Cosby was not in attendance at filming revealing that the spiritual leader was with the rest of the cast.
“She did show up. She was not out on the stage for the entire reunion, but she was out there for the exact right amount, and it was a really interesting discussion with her,” Cohen said on SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live.
The speculation came up as Cosby didn’t show up to the Season 2 reunion back when she was a full-time housewife. At the time, Cosby said she didn’t attend because the conversation was “one-sided” as she had a...

Sarah Paulson is returning to Broadway after 13 years to star in the Branden Jacobs-Jenkins play Appropriate.
To portray her role in the Second Stage Theater production, Paulson said she is channeling Meredith Marks of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.
During an appearance on The View, Paulson opened up about getting inspired by the Bravo reality star for her role as Antoinette “Toni” Lafayette.
“I work with a woman named Julia Crockett who helps me physically transform into some people. I’ve played a lot of real people and I need to approximate some physical communication to an audience — a visual image that reminds them of the person,” Paulson explained on the ABC talk show.
She continued, “So, I’ve been watching Chimp Empire on Netflix and I’ve been watching The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. There’s one character named — she’s not an actress, she...
