• D.A. Boss : Jen, can I talk to you for a moment?

  She-Hulk : Of course, sir. What is it?

  [she stands to her full height] 

  D.A. Boss : [intimidated]  Could you, uh, go back to Jen-Jen? This is a serious conversation.

  She-Hulk : Oh. Sure.

  [She-Hulk transforms back into Jennifer Walters. The alcohol She-Hulk had been drinking catches up to Jennifer and she almost instantly hits the floor] 

  D.A. Boss : Are you okay?

  Jennifer Walters : Yeah.

  [She struggles to pull herself back up into her chair] 

  Jennifer Walters : Yeah, different metabolism.

  [She's clearly hammered] 

  Jennifer Walters : I'm listening, sir.

  D.A. Boss : We didn't win the case.

  Jennifer Walters : Oh, yeah, we did.

  D.A. Boss : No. GLK&H had it declared a mistrial because you as your... what? "She-Hulk"?

  Jennifer Walters : [slurring]  That is not what I call it. Me. I don't have a better name yet, but that's not it.

  D.A. Boss : Okay, well, just the same. Since you saved the lives of the entire jury today, GLK&H argued that the jury was then biased in your favor.

  Jennifer Walters : [still slurring]  What was I supposed to do? Like, let them get hit in their faces with a desk and then they have trauma, and then they're bleeding out all over the courtroom...

  D.A. Boss : No, you did the right thing, but it unraveled our case.
