Another Amazing Episode

We all know that Thomas is a cheeky blue tank engine who loves teasing bigger engines like Gordon. As we can see at the start of this episode, Thomas is being his usual cheeky self by teasing Gordon about his incident with the ditch by saying he smells ditch water. While I love Thomas' cheeky demeanor, he shouldn't have been teasing Gordon. Even Annie and Clarabel express their indignation toward Thomas for teasing Gordon but out favorite blue tank engine doesn't care a bit. However, I actually think it's very amusing to see Thomas poke fun at Gordon. The next part of this episode is not amusing as Thomas has a naughty idea to puff past a danger while at a mine which is to jerk his driver and fireman off his footplate. He puffs forward but the ground beneath him collapses and Thomas falls into the mine. While I don't love seeing Thomas end up in trouble, I think it made him wise to not ignore danger signs. I can tell that Thomas truly regrets ignoring the sign and he feels nervous when Sir Topham Hatt tells him that Gordon is coming to his rescue. Gordon thinks Thomas' accident is very funny but he doesn't directly laugh at Thomas. Instead, Gordon simply pulls Thomas out. I like that Thomas apologized to Gordon but the big engine simply says Thomas made him laugh. They then form an alliance and puff home. The alliance is "you help me and I help you". This episode is not bad at all as Thomas wasn't damaged at all and the episode ended happy for both Thomas and Gordon.
