I watched this movie way back in 2008 but after seeing on IMDb that this movie has only one user review is what prompted me to write this review.
The movie created a lot of buzz at the time of its release because Varun Sandesh became a huge name after making his debut in Happy Days (2007) and was one of the most promising stars from that movie. It's sad to see that his career didn't take flight despite having a great 2nd movie in his hand, which is Kotha Bangaru Lokam.
Coming to this movie, the music still sounds fresh and the movie is enjoyable as well whenever it airs on TV. I don't skip watching this movie whenever it airs due to the amazing performances by all the actors in the movie. Be it Brahmanandam, the top billed comedy actor to the English lecturer with Telugu accent, these scenes are still funny. Great performance by the leads Varun Sandesh and Shweta Basu as well. A very well-knit story about love where it's common for teenage romances having young guys ogling at girls with skimpy clothes and all the things in the vicinity which we watched in Student of the Year.
The realistic setting of the story and sensible points of conflicts is what makes this movie worth a watch.
