The other dude that left a review is a hater.

If you're somewhat interested in Yelawolf at all you will love this. The only thing that I didn't like was there wasn't more content. Each episode provides a small window in the different aspects of what built his brand. While only 20 minutes a piece, they provide an entertaining and enlightening position on his journey as if you were there with him, on stage and backstage. I'd love to see more. However if you're watching this and have no interest in the artist whatsoever, you might feel lost. It's told from his perspective so if you're not familiar with him and his unique style you feel like an outsider. If you pay attention to the moral of the Slumerican story that's kinda the point. 10/10. Make another one!

More than just hiphop

As this show was announced I waited for its release with a huge deal of expectations, I must say it surpassed those expectations greatly. Here one can have a glimpse of what Yelawolf's music is really about, the source of inspiration and an idea on how the superb storytelling comes from. I recommend this to anyone, hiphop fan or not, this is, as Yelawolf would say, a celebration of the gutter. Do not miss this, Slumerican Life is brilliant.

I found this documentary by chance and couldn't stop watching. Yelawolf was so intriguing and his heart shined through so brightly! I loved that Yelawolf loves everyone...I love how he gives his undivided attention to those around him and cherishes all the little moments, past and present. I love how he supported all the small businesses in the towns he visited, reached out to everyone with a genuine hug, and showed such admiration for all Americans! It was so heartwarming...I loved that his kids were embarrassed by his boots and told him he would look better in sneakers while in NYC. I loved that he embraced so many different cultures. This documentary needs to go viral!

Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing

How people like this become successful in any possible way is staggering...If you like dumb people, people that have no taste, fake people pretending they have substance; this is the show for you...You could just watch CNN though...
