- A man shrinks himself to a tiny size, then goes inside of a man's penis hole. Seconds later the man sneezes, causing him to go back to his normal size, brutally killing the other man in extreme detail.
- Stormfront, barely alive and in a hospital bed, jerks off Homelander with her only good hand. It's brief with no nudity, only his facial reactions
Violence & Gore
- Victoria uses mind control to make a man's hand and jaw explode. We see a close up of the gaping hole that was his mouth with blood and organs exposed. Then she obliterates his whole body into a rain of blood and guts, and Hughie witnesses this behind a dumpster with a look of terror. She's covered in blood. Very gruesome and Saw-esque
- We see Stormfront recovering from the events of last season's finale. She's scarred up, with her gouged eye covered with skin, can barely breathe, and has stumps for an arm and legs.
