- Persona 3 has a system where players can date female characters, this only becomes problematic when it is told in dialogue the at a teacher wouldn't mind relations with a student.
- Near the end of the game, the cast will take a vacation to a resort, in this time, the main female cast is in nothing but towels for a 15 minute scene, the male cast is mistaken for peeping in on them.
- Around the mid-point of the game, there will be an objective called "Operation Babe Hunt" where the three guys of the team will take turns hitting on girls, it's harmless enough until one of the women happens to be a guy.
- There are several video-tapes depicting video feeds of some of the female character's. One of which is Mitsuru in nothing but a towel, is it clear she takes the towel off, off screen, and changes clothes, Yukari is seen in a maid costume, and Aigis sneaks into the main character's room to watch him sleep, rather tame.
Violence & Gore

- There are lots of scenes with guns being brought to character's own heads, but these are known as "Evokers" and are used to summon personas by causing the user severe stress.

- Although very minor, there are instances where a certain character is smoking a pipe.

- In October, there is an event where someone is shot fatally, leaving a pool of blood. Also during this scene, two characters are having a standoff where one of the characters presses a blade against the opposing character's throat.

- During the beginning of the game, there will be a cutscene with closeups of Yukari taking a shower, there is no nudity, some shadows are displayed making it very clear what the player is looking at.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
- A character named Shinjiro Aragaki is implied to abuse drugs to keep his persona from coming out at unwanted times, which could be interpreted in certain ways.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- This event is built up on during the month of January where the character's are going to fight Nyx, who is essentially "Death". This isn't bad, although when Nyx is fought, which can be anytime before January 30th, takes a frightening form, featuring blank, dark eyes, a grotesque gaping mouth, and a large figure, which can be seen as shocking, or frightening
- During the events of the final full moon celebration, there will be a scene where the entire main cast is put on crosses (unconscious. no stakes involved), a man relevant to the plot shoots a character's father, the assailant is also presumed dead, the gun wound kills the father.
- The ending is very, VERY sad and touching as the protagonist dies. The sequel part of the game is spent dealing with this grief
- In rather bizarre sequence, a person skin is seen peeling off and turning into letters. We see some blood and gore but it is rather unrealistic.
- In the last month, the whole of the area that you can explore thinks that the coming of Nyx (that will lead to the world's demise), will bring forth salvation. This is rather upsetting.
