I find Tour De Celesteville is very good, Because of the clever story writing, excellent voice acting, awesome Hand-Drawn Animation, Likeable Characters and the inspiration of Tour De France. The main protagonist is Babar the Elephant. With his love interest's brother Arthur. His human friend The Old Lady/Madame. His Elderly advisor with Glasses Cornelius and His young adult advisor with a Monocle and a wig called Pompadour. The anti-villainous ruler of rhinoland is Lord Rataxes and his assistant Basil. And the main antagonists of this story are the cheating cheetah duo. I'm giving this a 9/10 and Happy Tour De France.
