  CBI Officer Vishal Malik : Is there a single nation in this world where there ISN'T a warrant in your name. How many would I negotiate with ?

  Don : Wish my mother was here to listen to this. She would be so delighted.

  CBI Officer Vishal Malik : Delighted ? She'd have strangled you with her bare hands.

  Don : I am afraid you don't know my mother, Mr. Malik.

  CBI Officer Vishal Malik : Look Don, if you don't co-operate, there's already a death sentence for you. At best, I can have that reduced to a life sentence.

  Don : In exchange for all the information about my suppliers and other business contacts, this seems to be a very light relaxation, Mr. Malik. Isn't there anything more tempting ? You know, make me an offer I can't refuse.

  CBI Officer Vishal Malik : Well, if you don't wish to co-operate at all, even jail term would be out of contention for you.

  Don : In that case Mr. Malik, I'd rather stay in jail for the time being.

• CBI Officer Vishal Malik : [Looking at the Petronas Towers from his office window]  Roma, do you know how long I have been associated with the Interpol ? 37 years. In this time span, I worked on 166 cases, alongside several brilliant, courageous cops. I think it's time to call it a day. I am retiring.

  Roma : [Standing shocked]  But Sir ?

  CBI Officer Vishal Malik : [Smiling]  Don't worry. I am not dying. Come, walk me over to the parking.

  Roma : [Entering the elevator with Malik]  Sir, you can reverse your decision, right ? And what about Don ?

  CBI Officer Vishal Malik : No I don't want to go back on my decision. Sure I would regret not being able to apprehend Don.

  CBI Officer Vishal Malik : [Looking at Roma]  But now it's your responsibility. And I know you'll do it.

• Don : [In the police containment van questioned by Om Puri]  So, Sameer told you guys everything.

  CBI Officer Vishal Malik : [Furiously]  Just shut up. How the hell did you get out of there ?

  Don : [Responding in a comic manner]  I smoked my way out of there.

  CBI Officer Vishal Malik : [Outraged]  Do you realise that all because of you, several innocent lives are at stake in there ?

  Don : [Feigning sympathy]  I absolutely regret the situation we're in Mr. Malik, but unless and until I too don't have valid reasons why would I help you ?

  Roma : [Aware of Shahrukh Khan's deceptive past]  You're in no position whatsoever to demand anything from us Don.

  Don : [Sarcastically]  In that case, why don't you gentlemen get Mr. J.K. Diwan an audience with me !

  Commissioner Muller : Why him ?

  Don : Because, he'll understand my POSITION better than anyone of you can imagine.

  [Scene cuts to Alyy Khan in the Van with Shahrukh Khan in private with Shahrukh talking to Alyy] 

  Don : Its a simple theory: If I am going to jail, you and Fabian Kohl will follow me.

  J.K. Diwan : [Unnerved]  Just shut up. Look I did everything what you asked me for till now. What more do you want.

  Don : Just this one last favour,

  [Teasingly] 

  Don : Please.

  J.K. Diwan : [Walks out of the van and approaches Om Puri]  He's ready to help us.

  Don : [Explaining his scheme to the officers in the van]  I would assist your team in getting inside the printing center and straight to Vardhan and Abdul Jabar. In return, Mr. Diwan has assured me I'd be receiving immunity from arrest here in Germany.

  Commissioner Muller : What about the plates ?

  Don : The plates would be in your pocession, I assure you.

• CBI Officer Vishal Malik : [after Shahrukh Khan is carried away in a police car having been granted immunity in Germany]  Is it good ?

  Det. Jens Berkel : [Examining the disc given by Shahrukh Khan]  Good ? This is priceless Mr. Malik. We've been looking for these guys for quite long. Now we can nab them with no questions asked.

  [Noticing a video footage stored in the disc] 

  Det. Jens Berkel : Sir, I believe you should take a look at this.

  CBI Officer Vishal Malik : [Shocked upon seeing Alyy Khan dealing with Rajesh Khattar on Christian Goebble's orders in the video]  Oh my God !
