  Olivia Benson : Not yet.

  Dominick Carisi Jr. : Good. Better, anything put him near Kathy Stabler's blast?

  Katriona Tamin : No, but he was IDed by multiple UCs tonight as an instigator, and they found explosives, zip ties, and a taser in his backpack.

  Olivia Benson : Well, the good news is that Kathy Stabler is conscious.

  Dominick Carisi Jr. : Stop. Look, I know you guys have history, but he can't be anywhere near this, and Jacob here, now he's claiming that he was just following some Antifa thug who threw a Molotov cocktail into Kathy's car.
