  Olivia Benson : Oh, yeah. He believes that COVID is a hoax, the election was rigged. I mean, he shows up at these rallies in paramilitia garb and just tears it up.

  Dominick Carisi Jr. : And he thinks he's a patriot. He hasn't asked for a lawyer?

  Olivia Benson : Not yet.

  Dominick Carisi Jr. : Good. Better, anything put him near Kathy Stabler's blast?

  Katriona Tamin : No, but he was IDed by multiple UCs tonight as an instigator, and they found explosives, zip ties, and a taser in his backpack.

• Olivia Benson : Anything yet?

  Katriona Tamin : Nothing. Car was parked under the bridge. No witnesses.

  Olivia Benson : Traffic cams?

  Katriona Tamin : Still going through footage. Also, this may be unrelated, but there was a curfew protest just south on Center Street. Bunch of guys in pickup trucks and flags met by counter-protestors. Someone started targeting police officers, and they lit two police vans on fire on Madison Street.

  Olivia Benson : That's two blocks from where the car blew up. Any arrests?

  Katriona Tamin : Hmm, dozen or so.
