Going on some 1600 reviews here, but I have never seen a solid and authentic show like this undergo such severe "genre reassignment surgery" in its third season. It is as if someone told the producers, ""hey, we have notes from Focus Groups done with a bunch of 14 year olds; and also with a bunch of 60 year olds. The only thing the two groups agree on is that we need TONS more sexual tension. So if you want a third season, let's start the rewrites....""

The first two seasons were good. 8/9. The third season more or less a disaster. Mediocre stories and lost chemistry. Sometimes silly. Our main characters left hanging to dry Guess the producers wanted to go a bit over the top with Balthazar and Bach and their relationship. Big mistake. No al dente left. The Eskimo scene pure Monty Python.
