Although the title 'Hotel Zur Scharfen Muschi' seems to indicate a connection between this adult feature and 'Im Gasthaus Zum Scharfen Hischen', which also starred Christine Szenetra, don't be fooled. Whereas 'Hirschen' (listed as Zimmermädchen Machen Es Gern here on the IMDb) is a jolly romp with some funny characters and situations, 'Muschi' is merely a series of unconnected sex scenes that gets less coherent as the film progresses. This film doesn't even feature a hotel, but is set in an apartment block instead.
Three young men live in the same apartment block as Christa (Szenetra). One underneath her and the other two across the street. This gives two out of three a good look at Christa as she gets dressed in front of her window each day and all three a reason to start their work day by fantasizing about her. However, while most men would be satisfied with one orgasm early in the morning, this trio keeps going at it during working hours as well. No matter how mundane their work, as soon as a woman crosses their past, their mind wanders into sexual la-la land. Each of these fantasy sequences ends with some silly joke of them falling down or embarrassing themselves in another manner.
Just when you thought there wouldn't be any 'real time' sex scenes in the picture (only fantasies) the guys see a dream opportunity arise when they notice Christi and a fried (Biggi Stenzhorn) carrying a truckload of booze up to her flat where a party is already in progress. Notice that Biggi is wearing the same outfit and haircut she did in the aforementioned 'Zimmermädchen', so there's another link after all. Filled with hope, the three neighborly gents help the girls carry their load and are invited to the party for their efforts. Turns out they didn't need the beer anyway, for the party consists of a giant orgy. But - and this is a big but - neither Szenetra nor Stenzhorn participates in any of the sexual encounters that make up the remainder of the film. What a crime. I was too disappointed by this to notice if the three main guys were represented in the orgy or not.
