- frequent references to sex and prostitution, as well as several discussions about sexually transmitted diseases, a man who keeps uteri in jars, references to a homosexual affair involving a married man, the possibility of rape, necrophilia, etc. Very mature subject matter throughout, but is handled in a professional way.
Violence & Gore

- Infrequent scenes of blood and gore. The game starts out pretty tame in terms of the crime scenes you visit, but the last half has a couple gruesome images that may surprise you (i.e. a face with the nose cut off, a room covered with blood, with human entrails on a dresser). Violence/murder is constantly referenced in the dialogue.
